Hop Knock Life is a hazy IPA immensely dry hopped with Motukea, Riwaka, and Nelson hops. It offers a unique and delicate flavor profile with notes of white grape and subtle lemon-lime undertones. This hazy pale ale has a dry finish and showcases the brilliance of Riwaka, Nelson, and Motueka hops.

My favorite plum! Plum Casey Family Preserves is a farmhouse ale aged on whole plums from Juicy Acres in Palisade, Colorado, with a rich flavor and a big body from the spelt base. This artfully crafted brew features double whole fresh Colorado Laroda plums, aged in oak wine barrels, and offers a traditional, old-world fruited farmhouse ale experience. A treat for sure!

Ghost Note is a farmhouse-style ale featuring distinct yeast esters, moderate acidity, and a generous amount of ripe raspberries, making it an ideal choice for dessert. The beer incorporates a subtle addition of spelt, which enhances its body and interacts uniquely with the yeast. Oak-fermented and aged with whole Colorado raspberries, it boasts a rich, fruity flavor with over two pounds of raspberries per gallon, creating a delicious and unique brew. Delicious!

The 2022 plum harvest's last addition consists of intense blood plums, blended at two pounds per gallon, and pairs perfectly with Undertone, an oat farmhouse ale. This beer has a stunning appearance, resembling pink lemonade, with rich stonefruit and citrus aromas, a delightful flavor profile featuring citrus sweetness, stonefruit notes, lactic acid, funk, and oak. It's a typical Casey beer with a strong fruit presence and a medium-bodied, easy-to-drink character despite the initial tartness from the lactic acid. Overall, it's another fantastic brew from Casey.

A classic pairing of ripe marionberries and fresh Madagascar vanilla creates a delightful beer, with jammy and creamy flavors. It starts with bright and tangy notes, subtle barnyard undertones, and evolves into a rich bramble berry and vanilla sweetness, accented by wood spice nuances in the finish.
